Our Telephone Banking System provides up-to-date account information 24 hours a day. You can also transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, and even order a fax of your account transactions. Access our banking system 24 hours a day for balance inquires and transfers at 1.866.NAPABANK and then enter access code 71.
The following menu items will be presented:
- Press 1 for information on Checking, Savings, and Money Market Accounts
- Press 2 to transfer funds between accounts
- Press 3 for information on Certificates of Deposits and Individual Retirement Accounts

Check Imaging:
Check Imaging is a process where digital images of each check we process are captured and stored on disk. The images are then sorted, sized, and delivered to you in your monthly statement.
Check Imaging not only provides you with an easy convenient way to store and organize your cancelled checks, but allows us to provide you with faster and less expensive research services should you require copies of past statements or individual checks. You can make your request either on the telephone banking system (call 1-866-NAPA BANK and enter bank access code 71), or by calling us directly at (707) 227-9300.
Check Imaging is a free service provided by Napa Community Bank for all of its' checking accounts.
