Kevin S. Alfaro

Kevin grew up in Davis, California, where he became a nationally recognized tennis player. In 1984, he was recruited to play for Sonoma State University. During his tenure at SSU, Kevin interned for the firm's Napa office. In 1988, after completing his undergraduate degree in accounting/business management and marrying his wife, Sallie, Kevin continued to compete and teach tennis in Sonoma County. After finishing his tennis career and a brief stint working in a large private company, Kevin joined G & J Seiberlich & Co. LLP. Napa office. In 1992, Kevin transferred to the firm's St. Helena office to work in the wine industry. Kevin left the firm for three and a half years to work for Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he was a tax manager in the Sacramento and San Francisco real estate and wine tax practices. In 1996, Kevin completed his Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and in 1998 rejoined the firm's St. Helena office. Professional memberships include the American and California Institutes of CPAs.
Kevin and Sallie have three children: Zac, Zoe, and Gus. Kevin is currently a board member at the Napa Community Bank, Napa Wine Library and the St. Helena Boy's and Girl's Club. He is a past board member of the St. Helena Nursery Cooperative and Pueblo Vista Alternative PTA boards and also sits on the board of the RLS Parent Teacher Group.
Alfaro has been a resident of the Napa Valley since 1990.

Thomas M. Andrews

Thomas Andrews, 56, is the owner and President of Andrews & Thornley Construction Inc. He has been a licensed General Contractor Building Contractor since 1980 and a Licensed General Engineering Contractor since 1995. Andrews has been involved in several notable construction projects during his career, among them are: Architectural Carpentry at Opus One Winery, The di Rosa Art Preserve, Oakland Raiders Napa Training Facility, the Napa Boys & Girls Club, Hospice of Napa Valley and The Wolfe Center.
Tom’s hobbies are gardening, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family. He was the Vice-Chairman of the Napa County General Plan Steering Committee and has been a member of the Building Codes Appeals Board for the City of Napa for the past ten years.
Tom was born, raised and lives in Napa.

Geni A. Bennetts

Dr. Geni Bennetts, 62, is a retired physician, and now independent consultant specializing in medical management, quality assurance, and risk management. Her medical career includes positions as interim medical director of Napa Valley Physicians Association, Director of the Division of Hematology-Oncology at Children’s Hospital of Orange County and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine. She was the founding President of the Ronald McDonald House of Orange and most recently one of the founders and immediate Past President of the Children’s Health Initiative Napa County.
Dr. Bennetts has or has had memberships with the Napa County Medical Society; the Medical Associations of Orange County, California & America; the board of directors of the Orange County Chapter of the American Cancer Society; the advisory board of Commerce Bank; and the Citizen Review Panel of Child Welfare Services of Napa County Department of Health and Human Services. She has served as a reviewer of medical journals, and is also an author of numerous peer review journal publications and abstracts.
Geni Bennetts earned a B.A. degree in psychology and chemistry at Columbia Union College, a M.A. degree in clinical psychology from Andrews University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a M.D. degree from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine. Her post doctoral training in Pediatrics and subspecialty training in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology were at the University of California, Irvine.
Bennetts has been a resident of the Napa Valley since 1996.

Richard A. Bennett

Judge Bennett retired from the Napa bench in 2006.
Before that, he served as a judge of the Municipal and Superior Courts for
Napa County from 1985 to 2006. He worked for the Napa County District Attorney’s
Office from 1982-85. He practiced law in Napa County from 1973-82. He earned his law
degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and also has a bachelor’s
degree in business administration from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the California
Judges Association and California Judges Foundation. He was instrumental in the creation of the
Napa County D.A.R.E. Foundation and the Napa County Family Violence Prevention Council. He served
on the Community Advisory Board of the Napa-Sonoma Junior League, the Napa Valley College
Administration of Justice Advisory Committee, the Napa County Law Library Board of Trustees a
nd the Napa Emergency Women’s Services Board of Directors.

Joseph Cristiano

Joe Cristiano has more than 40 years of senior level executive experience and currently serves as Chairman of The MCM Group, an international business advisory company specializing in strategic planning, operations, sales and marketing, executive coaching, mergers and acquisitions and business development. For 18 years Cristiano held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern California based Kelly-Moore Paint Company, one of the largest privately owned paint companies in America. Kelly- Moore operates over 150 company owned stores in 11 western states. Prior to that, Cristiano had a 23 year career with $7 billion dollar paint industry leader The Sherwin-Williams Paint Company rising from an entry level clerk in an Upstate New York paint store to Division President. Along the way he served as National Sales Manager, Vice President of Store Operations, Director of Human Relations, District Sales Manager, Retail and Professional Marketing Director, Director of Training and Director of Advertising and Merchandising for this 3500 company-owned store operation. He currently serves as Chairman of Board of the Bank of San Francisco and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Napa Community Bank. In 2003 he founded and currently is Chief Executive Officer of The Northern California Mentoring Group, an executive coaching and mentoring group serving young entrepreneurs. He serves on numerous Board of Directors including the Dunn-Edwards Paint Corporation; Diatron, a global medical device company located in Hungary; Metrolab, an Argentina medical device company and is an advisor to a number of domestic and global companies. He is co-owner of the Prudential California Realty Company in Pleasanton and Livermore, California. He also serves in an advisory capacity for the 60 portfolio companies of the Riverside Company, a large global private equity firm. He is a member of the California Polytechnic University Industrial Advisory Council and serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of “Coatings World” magazine. Cristiano attended the State University of New York and holds a . Masters degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. Joe is married, resides in Pleasanton, California and he and his wife Janet have 6 children and 7 grandchildren.

Charles H. Dickenson

Charles H. Dickenson (“Chuck”), 55, has been an attorney with Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty since 1978. Since 1999 Chuck has been a member of the Board of Directors of Hands Across the Valley, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting hunger in the Napa Valley. He is a member of the California State Bar, the Napa County Bar Association, which he served as President in 2003, and the Society of California Pioneers. He has served as Trustee of the Justin –Siena High School Corporation Board, Chairman of the Beringer Vineyards Winetasters’ Celebrity Classic, Co-Chairman of the Napa Valley Symphony Association Annual Sustaining Fund, and member of the University of California Bear Backer Council.
He received a Bachelor’s Degree in History in 1975 from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. in 1978 from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
Chuck and his wife own and operate Napa Wine Lockers, a case wine storage business.
Chuck was born, raised and lives in Napa.

William H. Dodd

William “Bill” Dodd was recently elected to a third term as a member of the Napa County Board of Supervisors. Bill also represents Napa County as a Commissioner of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Napa County Flood Control and Watershed Improvement Authority and the Napa County Transportation and Planning Agency. He is an honorary member of the Queen of the Valley Medical Center Board of Trustees, a member of the Rotary Club of Napa and past trustee of the Justin-Siena High School Corporation Board. Previous to his election, Dodd was the owner and general manager of Culligan Water, a bottled water and water treatment firm located in American Canyon, California.
Dodd was born and raised in Napa and received his Bachelor of Science degree in business management in 1978 from California State University in Chico. He is married to Mary and has 5 children ages 21 to 27.

Jeffrey L. Epps

Jeffrey L. Epps, 57, is the owner and president of Epps Chevrolet, Pontiac in St. Helena and owner of Epps Estate Vineyards in Napa. He is the president of the Northern California Chevrolet Dealers Association and President of the Bay Area Chevrolet Dealers Association. He is also the past president of St. Helena Rotary and the St. Helena Rotary Foundation
Epps was voted Citizen of the Year for the city of St. Helena 2006.
Epps attended Chabot Junior College and General Motors University, where he graduated with a degree in automotive Management.
Epps has been a resident of the Napa Valley since 1988.

Doug Hill

Doug Hill is a vineyard manager and wine producer in the Napa Valley. Through his companies, Oak Knoll Farming Corp. and Yountville Equipment Company, Mr. Hill currently manages more than 500 acres of premium wine grapes. He is an owner, partner or lessee of 12 vineyards in the Valley. His family partnership, Hill Family Estate, produces approximately 4,000 cases of wine per year.
Mr. Hill, a third generation California farmer, was raised on a family orchard southwest of Healdsburg in Sonoma County. He attended Fresno State University and graduated summa cum laude in 1976, with a B.S. degree in Horticulture. He worked as an agricultural advisor in the San Joaquin Valley until 1978, when he returned to Sonoma County to work as a foreman for Sonoma-Cutrer Vineyards. In 1980, he moved to the Napa Valley to further his career in vineyard management. During the past 29 years, Mr. Hill has had extensive experience in the development and management of hillside and valley floor vineyards in the Napa Valley.
Mr. Hill has served on the board of directors of a number of service groups including the Napa County Farm Bureau, the Napa Valley Vineyard Technical Group, and the Atlas Peak Appellation Association. He served for 14 years on the grape industry advisory board to the FPS at the University of California, Davis. The FPS provides clean grapevine nursery stock to nurseries all over the world. Mr. Hill was a founding board member and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Napa Community Bank.
Mr. Hill resides in Yountville with Darci, his wife of 28 years.

Paul Krsek

Paul Krsek is the founder and managing member of K&A Asset Management, LLC (K&A). He is the Chief Investment Officer of K&A and is primarily responsible for the management of most client portfolios and all K&A model portfolios.
Mr. Krsek is also one of three organizers, and past-President of First California Northern Bancorp, a California bank holding company. First California Northern Bancorp has since been sold to Capitol Bancorp, LTD. a public bank holding company whose stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol CBC. Mr. Krsek is also a cofounder of Napa Community Bank (NCB) in Napa, CA. and currently serves as a nonvoting Advisory Director to NCB. A majority interest in NCB has also been sold to Capitol Bancorp, LTD.
Mr. Krsek is also co-founder and past-President of Predictive Financial Technologies, LLC (PFT) a hedge fund manager. PFT formed a joint venture with Olsen Data, of Zurich, Switzerland to manage foreign exchange funds in the United States. The two hedge funds formed by PFT have been profitably liquidated and all proceeds returned to the investors.
Mr. Krsek is also the founder and past-managing partner of Krsek Publishing, LP which owned and operated the St. Helena Star and Weekly Calistogan newspapers from 1997-2003. Krsek Publishing, LP was sold to Pulitzer Publishing in 2003.
Prior to forming K&A in 1998, Mr. Krsek was employed in various capacities, from 1990-1998, by Edward Jones & Co., an NYSE member firm based in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Krsek was employed, from 1983-1989, by Angeles Corporation in Los Angeles, California. From 1985-1989 he served as President, CEO, and Director of Angeles Securities Corporation. He also served as Executive Vice President and Director of Angeles Corporation, the parent company, a publicly held diversified financial services firm which managed approximately $4.4 billion in stock, bond, and real estate assets.
After leaving Angeles Corporation in 1989 Mr. Krsek and his family moved to the Napa Valley where he has lived and worked ever since. He has become an integral member of the community, having served on many non-profit boards, and in various service capacities, including his personal favorite, the St. Helena Rotary Club. He is a frequent guest speaker for business groups in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys and author of several articles that have appeared in various newspapers and periodicals. He is the author of K&A’s periodic newsletter called Ellumination and serves as co-host of the weekly radio show called the K&A Hour of Everybody’s Business which airs on KVON-AM radio weekly.
Mr. Krsek has a BA in Sociology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He is married; has three children; and currently resides in Napa, CA.

Harold D. Morrison

Harold Morrison, 62, is the president of Bridgeford Flying Service, and is a member of the Napa County Airport Advisory Board. He is a licensed Commercial pilot. He graduated from Pacific Union College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has served as past president of the St. Helena Kiwanis, past president of the St. Helena Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the St. Helena Hospital Board.
Morrison is a life long resident of the Napa Valley and currently resides in St. Helena.

Dennis Pedisich - Regional President

Dennis Pedisich, 57, a Napa resident since 1986, is president and CEO of Napa Community Bank, which was founded in March 2002. Mr. Pedisich began his banking career in 1977, with Crocker National Bank, where he was employed until 1983 as assistant vice president and manager. From 1983 until 1995 he served at Bank of America in varying capacities, including positions of vice president and sales manager. In 1995, Mr. Pedisich went to work for Napa National Bank as senior vice president and Napa area manager, including commercial lending responsibilities. In March of 2000 when Wells Fargo Bank acquired Napa National Bank, he served as vice president in private client services.
Mr. Pedisich currently serves on the boards of the Napa Valley College Foundation, Children’s Health Initiative, Napa Chamber of Commerce and Justin-Siena High School Foundation. He is the past-president of the Kiwanis Club of Napa. He is active with the Santa Clara University Napa Alumni Chapter. He is a former member of the boards of the Napa Valley Country Club, Salvation Army, the Napa Valley Unified Education Foundation and the Kiwanis Club of Napa. He has also served on the Justin Siena High School endowment committee, as chairperson for golf tournaments benefiting both Justin Siena High School and Queen of the Valley Hospital, and as a youth sports coach.
Mr. Pedisich attended the University of Santa Clara, where he received a B.A. in History in 1974, and a M.B.A. in agribusiness in 1976. He received a certificate of financial planning from U.C. Davis in 1985 and a series 7 brokerage license in 2000.
He and his wife, Colleen, live in Napa.

Salvador Ramos

Salvador Ramos, 58, has been working for Jaeger Vineyards for the past 30 years and currently manages the entire Jaeger Estate. He is currently on the American Canyon Blue Ribbon Committee for Water Resouces.
Salvador enjoys time with his family, cooking for large groups & Salmon Fishing.
Ramos and his wife have lived in Napa Valley for 38 years. They have two children and one grandchild.
He was born in LaAngostura, Michoacan, Mexico. Ramos became a Citizen of the United States of America in 1985. He is self taught.

Betty O’Shaughnessy Woolls

Born in Pipestone, Minnesota, Betty O’Shaughnessy Woolls attended the University of Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Education. Betty spent two decades serving as mother, corporate spouse and volunteer. In 1980 Betty founded Mrs. O’s Cooking School and taught there until 1989 when she began her real estate investment business. Her investment enterprise focused on developing raw land and constructing residential and industrial projects. In 1994 she purchased the YMCA building in Minneapolis, Minnesota that was built in 1917. She placed the building on the National Historic Register, restored the exterior, and renovated the interior into residential apartments and commercial office space. The architecture of the building is Tudor Gothic and the building stands tall on the horizon of this great city.
In 1996 Betty founded the O’Shaughnessy Foundation whose mission is to improve the lives of those who suffer from Depressive/Manic Depressive disease. She serves as President of this organization.
An interest in food brought Betty to an interest in wine. In 1990 she purchased her first vineyard in Napa valley. The last 25 years have brought more vineyards and a winery. The O’Shaughnessy Winery is located on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley and produces 6000 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon annually. Her vineyard on Mount Veeder has been recognized for producing exceptional fruit.
Betty has served on many boards including Aldea Family Services, Queen of the Valley Hospital, and Napa Community Bank. She resides in Oakville, California with her husband, Paul Woolls.
